Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). The Project Kuiper team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience managing a portfolio of professional service offerings, both internal and external for the end-to-end system integration, setup, and install of satellite, cellular, ground systems, and user terminals for enterprise managed network services. The role will own the GTM enterprise service delivery plan and work broadly to drive worldwide customer engagements with lighthouse customers, partner adoption, and drive scale through internal AWS / external 3P programs and mechanisms. • Define technical service delivery strategy including product portfolio mix, T&M pricing, and preferred partner program
• Evaluate and negotiate partner programs for system integration and professional install
• Develop standard, prescriptive, and repeatable service delivery kits to accelerate average delivery timeline, scale through partners, and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and business development leaders to plan and execute technical on-boarding, installation and acceptance testing for Kuiper Satellite Services delivered to enterprise and government customers
• Define the system integration and acceptance process for Kuiper Enterprise customers spanning telco backhaul, industrial IoT, corporate enterprise, and government
• Work with Kuiper engineering leaders, program management, AWS, partner ecosystem, and end-customer IT / technology network teams to ensure that system acceptance testing and validation meets schedule and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with system architecture, solution architecture, hardware, software, teams to ensure cross-functional deliverables are identified and tracked.
• Develop system integration best practices, processes, and tools to ensure solution architecture / deployment can be documented, automated, and scale to additional enterprise / government customers globally.

About the team
You will be joining a team that is focused on driving the product requirements and enterprise service delivery mechanisms for all of the customer facing hardware, software and solutions for Project Kuiper.

- Bachelor/MBA Business IT Systems and/or Computer Science degree w/ emphasis in cloud computing, wireless communications, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional services technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of hands-on work managing complex professional services customer engagements and technology deployments
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams

- BSEE / Masters in Wireless Communications and/or Computer Science
- 5+ years of working directly with enterprise or government customers, leading complex professional services contracts, installations and system integration
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, earning trust with stakeholders, and coordinating wireless service development milestones / launch criteria / schedules across internal engineering and 3P partner ecosystem
- Certifications and/or relevant hands-on work experience deploying cloud-native applications and microservices for enterprise IT workloads, preferably on AWS
- Detailed understanding of managed network services for enterprise and government, including the convergence of satellite and terrestrial networks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
