Description

In your role as a Workplace Technology Project Manager it will be your responsibility to engage closely with key Real Estate and Development team members as well as stakeholders to vision, develop, document and implement strategic technology plans supporting key business initiatives. The Workplace Technology Project Manager will work with their business partner to define the technology needs of various projects while relaying requirements and thinking critically about what will make it successful. You will be the main author of user stories that effectively communicate the business requirements for the software development team. On a regular basis you will also review current state assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technology Project, Product or Program Manager preferably supporting a Real Estate and Development or Facilities team.

  • Has experience working in/on an agile transformation role/cross-functional team with the ability to articulate agile operating principles to others
  • Has managed mid-size to large, complex RE&D technology projects (in terms of scope risk, integrations, etc.)
  • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and organizing workload
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to synthesize, analyze data and document business and functional requirements quickly and rely on complicated solutions/data in digestible terms
  • Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs and able to establish relationships at all levels internally
  • Self starter with strong investigative, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and proactively resolve issues within and between teams
  • Experience leading and managing all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review, demo, and stand-up sessions with good product sense and understanding of technology product development life cycle (product, software, and testing)
  • Knowledge of a broad range of areas including; Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness and Business process optimization, sourcing, and vendor strategy

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
