Description
As a Maintenance Plumber in our corporate campus, your primary focus will be on customer service and maintaining an exceptional workplace experience for our employees. Your technical expertise will play a vital role in preserving the overall functionality and aesthetics of our facilities. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and employees to address their needs promptly and effectively, leaving a positive impact on their daily work lives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best in class service as a maintenance plumber or technician.
- High school graduate or equivalent plus technical training courses or technical school background.

- Troubleshoot plumbing systems water and gas
- Maintain, repair and service water heaters
- Reads and interprets plumbing and piping prints, schematics, and diagrams to understand the plumbing system and water supply system layout.
- Install pipes and plumbing fixtures
- Cleans, maintains, and services sanitary and storm system sumps, drains, waste lines, lift stations and waste treatment plants.
- Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains.
- Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
- Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented and experience in Apple products, Spreadsheets, BOX, and Tririga preferred.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $48.70 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
