We are looking for a Voice of Customer & Sales Alignment Specialist to consolidate feedback from various sources and align it with our central and partner team roadmaps as well as process and program enhancements. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing both customer experience and sales team effectiveness.
Key job responsibilities
-Develop and implement a comprehensive system to collect, analyze, and consolidate feedback from customers and sales teams
-Create and maintain a centralized repository for all customer and sales feedback
-Analyze feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and high-impact areas for improvement
-Collaborate with product management, engineering, and partner teams to integrate insights into roadmaps and prioritize initiatives
-Develop and present regular reports on customer and sales feedback to key stakeholders
-Work closely with customer experience and sales enablement teams to implement improvements based on feedback
-Create and maintain feedback loops to ensure customers and sales teams are informed of actions taken based on their input
-Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on customer and sales experience improvements
-Develop metrics to measure the impact of implemented changes on customer satisfaction and sales performance
-Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in customer experience and sales effectiveness
The preferred location for this position is Arlington, VA (HQ2), Seattle, WA (HQ), New York, NY or Austin, TX
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-10+ years of experience in customer experience, sales operations, or product management roles
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
-Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-Strong project management and organizational skills
-Experience in creating and managing roadmaps is a plus
-Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
-Certification in customer experience management or similar
-Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes
-Experience with CRM systems, feedback management tools, and data analysis software
-Excellent communication and presentation skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $237,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
