We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales force productivity and revenue retention. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, process-oriented, and have a strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.



Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands a sales organization. This role is responsible for developing sales optimizations strategies, that effectively prepare and equip the sales organization for meeting individual and organizational goals. This person works closely with sales leaders to develop key strategies, processes, and mechanisms, as well as overall thought leadership.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Leader who will drive:

-Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales productivity and efficiency
-Create and maintain sales forecasting models and reports
-Optimize the sales funnel and lead management processes
-Collaborate with sales leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Manage and improve CRM systems and sales tools
-Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and increase retention rates
-Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align goals and initiatives
-Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to drive revenue growth


The preferred location for this position is Arlington, VA (HQ2), Seattle, WA (HQ), Austin, TX or New York, NY


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel

- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $237,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
