As a Product Manager in the IT Product and Development team, you will play a critical role in defining product vision, strategies and, roadmaps for our IT product suites. You will be at the forefront of customer interactions across the full breadth of Amazon businesses, surrounded by team members who are passionate to improve customer experiences.

Key job responsibilities
The key job functions of the role include:
- Create strategies for IT products leveraging Data Science and Machine Learning
- Manage project lifecycles, from customer research, through strategic planning and roadmaps, to launch, product adoption and customer feedback
- Implement the go-to-market plan and execution, working to ensure that internal teams have what they need to be successful
- Define goals and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve product performance
- Identify and research opportunities to innovate on behalf of Amazonians

A day in the life
In this role, you will engage with internal customer groups to identify problem to solve, opportunities for growth, and define product requirements and goals. You'll partner with User Experience researchers and designers to define the user experience. You'll work with Technical Program Managers and Software Developers to build products that bring long term value and deliver continuous improvements to your customers.

About the team
The IT Product and Development team builds a suite of technology experiences to help corporate Amazonians self-serve and engage with IT support. We build automations to empower IT Support Engineers to solve customers' IT issues. Our team is continually striving to innovate and improve product management and development standards to deliver robust and cutting edge technology.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
