The Alexa Entertainment, Devices and Services PXT team is looking for a Sr. HRBP who loves working on challenging problems, coaching leaders and working with a fun and amazing business!

As a Sr. HRBP you will power the trajectory of the business by ensuring the right talent mix, senior leadership, and capabilities, to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as the leader of people and organizational strategy, accelerating business outcomes through the diagnosis, development, and execution of integrated solutions.

As a deeply embedded partner, you will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, enabling them to effectively coach, act as change agents, and influence critical decisions around talent and organizational design to drive business results. You will be a Trusted Advisor and member of the business leadership team, and are expected to have perspectives on the intersections of people and business strategy in a variety of forms. You are accountable for overall PXT effectiveness. You will collaborate extensively with other PXT teams, including: HR Partners, Employee Relations, IXT, Legal, Talent Management, etc. to build and deliver an integrated people plan. The core pillars of the HRBP role are Org Effectiveness, Senior Leader and Leadership Team Effectiveness, Change Agent, and Talent Planning.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role, preferably in a high tech environment

HR domain expertise

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
