A day in the life
We are seeking a results driven and customer obsessed product manager responsible for the technology product vision and strategy to scale the Career Choice program. In 2025, the Career Choice product will be undergoing significant transformation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own the entire process from vision through execution and beyond. To be successful in this role, you will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deep into business and technical domains. As a multi-discipline leader, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside the engineering organization to define a clear vision, align stakeholders and make necessary tradeoffs to maximize the product roadmap. You are expected to have an established background in technology product development, excellent program management skills, great communication skills, ability to navigate competing priorities and a motivation to achieve results on behalf of the Career Choice learners.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
