Amazon Private Label Fashion is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to help build the highest quality, most flexible, customer-focused, lower-carbon emissions, and cost-effective global raw materials supply chain in Retail. This role has high leadership visibility and is an opportunity to hone quintessential product management skills while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be responsible for gaining alignment on complex initiatives and driving them forward through building roadmaps, improving internal processes, analyzing data, actively prioritizing as customer and business needs change, and managing a diverse set of stakeholders. In order to build a best-in-class, global raw material supply chain, your projects will touch many aspects of the product lifecycle, from raw material choices during the design and product development stages to quality of fabrics during garment production. Amazon Private Label Fashion's Global Materials team is focused on driving overall business health, sustainability, and quality. In the near term, own SPB’s sustainable raw material strategy and fabric transition execution, ensuring alignment with Amazon Private Brands and Central Sustainability team requirements and goals. You will also own raw material development and catalog management processes, prioritization and stakeholder coordination to increase efficiency and build scale.


Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:

* Ability to own and manage multiple projects, prioritizing by working backwards from the ideal customer experience.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to rally multiple teams around a complex goal through root causing misalignment, regular project update mechanisms, daily collaboration, and continuously seeking to understand your customers’ needs.
* Influencing without authority across multiple teams, including pushing back with data when you don’t believe the right decision is being made.
* Building mechanisms to drive transparency; as we build new processes, you bias towards globally-accessible documentation of projects, critical decisions, and prioritization in order to build a strong foundation for the current and future project teams.
* Project management, including the ability create a plan that to clearly articulates the teams involved in each phase, core deliverables, business impact, and milestones for completion. You also anticipate risks and escalate quickly with intent to resolve.
* Data analysis (proficient in excel, knowledge of basic SQL preferred), used to glean key insights from large datasets which inform the strategic direction of your projects.


- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Strong Analytical Capabilities

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- 7+ years of product or program management, sourcing, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
