As a Senior Desk Technology Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our end-user technology, ensuring our customers achieve optimal outcomes. You will address significant business processes and products that have a meaningful impact, driving process and technology improvements to reduce friction for customers, engineers, and third-party stakeholders. In this position, you will collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams, balancing cost, schedule, and technical factors to delight our customers. You will promote excellence by championing process improvements informed by data and key performance indicators. Comfort with ambiguity is essential, along with a passion for solving complex problems at scale. Each day will bring new challenges, and you will have the chance to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon across various locations. You will champion a commitment to quality within the IT Service organization, ensuring that processes achieve their intended outcomes on the first attempt. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier, driving improvements and efficiencies in our deployment and support processes to minimize defects and reduce service friction on a global scale. You will enhance lifecycle management tracking mechanisms and reporting capabilities. Additionally, you will develop systems for scheduling work from our internal and external partners to ensure scalable delivery and eliminate scheduling bottlenecks.

We oversee the entire end-user computing experience by configuring client hardware—including laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals—at locations around the globe.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
