AWS is seeking a highly motivated Win Room Operations professional to join the team focused on strategic initiatives, specifically the T2K Win Room. T2K Win Room is in need of a creative, dynamic and results driven individual to help us build and run the Win Room mechanism operations. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing processes, who drives mechanism development through continuous iteration, and who relentlessly insists on the best experience for customers both internal and external.
· Own standard validations of funding program opportunities across assigned workflows
· Support disbursement-related functions including creation and approval with continuous validation through tracking
· Partner with stakeholders to support new program workflows and iterate on existing operations
· Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management systems
· Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements and future automation.
Key job responsibilities
The Win Room team supports funding and investment programs across AWS with specific focus on the Top Accounts. More specifically, the team owns components of the operational workflow to ensure program benefits are delivered per the applicable terms. This requires partnering with upstream and downstream teams across various programs to process business opportunities and explore opportunities to innovate. Collaboration and forward thinking are key as the tooling, programs, business insights and supported volume continue to evolve.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
