AWS is seeking a Worldwide (WW) Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to help grow our End User Computing (EUC) on AWS business. The WW GTM Specialist will develop solutions and programs that address customer and partner needs for EUC workloads migrations, and implement programs and activities that help us find and acquire new customers and increase their successful adoption. This highly collaborative person will coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, pilot and orchestrate execution of nascent strategies and full-scale programs. You will also assemble compelling evidence for customers and engage and support of new lighthouse and broader customer engagements.
This person will be fluent in business and IT customer considerations that enable them to anticipate and identify customer needs, and engage decisions makers in large enterprises, partners and internally, and will help our teams articulate the value proposition of running EUC workloads on AWS. This person will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the needs of global businesses, while executing in the short term to deliver results and capture data that helps optimize return on investment.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and deploy sales, business development and GTM programs to help acquire new customers and help them successfully deploy Microsoft-based infrastructure and applications on AWS.
- Define key customer campaigns to reach new customers and create new business in key customer segments.
- Deliver artifacts and enablement that enables the broader sales organization.
- Engage enterprise lighthouse customers around the Windows workloads on AWS value proposition.
- Establish ways to measure and track key mechanisms and programs.
- Serve as an evangelist and spokesperson for Windows workloads externally and within AWS.

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
