This particular role will be within a team focused on App Store Analytics. The team is responsible for client metrics instrumentation, data ingestion, processing and aggregation pipelines as well as reporting and dashboards to both internal stakeholders as well as external customers.

The ASE Analytics Data Quality team is seeking a highly organized and motivated Analytics Quality Manager to support one of the fastest growing areas of Apple. You will collaborate with ASE Analytics engineering, Client engineering, Project managers and Data science teams to deliver high-quality products and services to Apple’s customers. You will lead a team that is instrumental in delivering high quality releases of analytics data pipelines from client to server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics products, and leading a team of quality engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- - Current experience leading a SQA or Software Development team
- - Experience leading projects and processes cross-functionally
- - Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
- - Consistent track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and developing high performing quality-minded individuals
- - Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of programming (Java/Python) and SQL
- Knowledge and experience with Big Data ecosystem: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Cassandra etc
- Designing and developing robust and scalable test automation frameworks
- Test Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on multiple platforms.
- Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,000 and $313,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
