Description

Join our dynamic team at AppleCare Technologies as a Quality Assurance Manager, where you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated testers to drive outstanding software quality. With extensive testing experience, you will oversee the development of comprehensive testing strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers, and govern our Test Script Library. You will be responsible for implementing test plans, handling partner concerns, and ensuring clear reporting of test progress and metrics to partners. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate testing risks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and chip in to the development of our global Quality Engineering Org strategy. As a key player in our organization, you will nurture professional growth, align testing activities with project goals, and work with other managers to ensure consistency and efficiency in our testing processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software quality engineering role.
  • Experience in software testing and test automation frameworks.
  • Demonstrate success in leading multiple priorities, delegating, and establishing operational plans and management processes to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all parts of the organization.
  • Ability to occasionally travel internationally and work off/weekend hours to support projects, as needed.

  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
  • SAP functional experience, and experience migrating from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA is desired
  • Demonstrate a track record of developing effective and inclusive teams, comprising mid-career and experienced employees.
  • Demonstrate strategic thought leadership, innovation, and efficiency in influencing others to drive meaningful change with high integrity.
  • Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $260,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
