We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Program/Project Manager who can lead large strategic programs/projects by mobilizing cross functional team members across both business and IS&T leaders to influence, drive and implement groundbreaking retail concepts into reality. This person will be responsible for all aspects of large cross-functional projects including scope, requirements, timelines, risks, and change management. Our ideal candidate can lead communication - apprising status, and issues to team members, all levels of management, and strategic technical and business stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience with Software Development Lifecycle experience (i.e. Waterfall, Agile)
- Proven experience managing program teams in a matrix environment
- Proven project management experience in software/technology field
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or relevant work experience

- 5+ years e-commerce programs and product management experience in large corporate environment
- Ability to exude confidence around business and engineering executives (Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs)
- Ability to lead, take action and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity
- Comfortable expressing a point of view and influencing change across projects, programs and processes
- Knowledge of Apple Retail and core products and operating systems

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
