In the role of Managing Producer, you will oversee all Marcom asset development across our channel interactive marketing initiatives. You will partner with key business stakeholders to define the channel interactive marketing roadmap and go-to-market strategy across hardware and services products, and oversee production and delivery of these campaigns.

You will provide leadership of strategic, large-scale digital initiatives, including production and management of complex scope, business-critical projects, and alignment of matrixed teams and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities: Closely collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners, strategists, brand managers, producers, creatives, partner communications leads, sales, product marketing, and others to plan, create, and deliver work that drives the business.As the subject matter expert, you will take the lead in driving Channel marketing initiativesRemove barriers and help teams to build effective work by providing channel context and insights throughout the creative process.Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team toward desired results. Develop and mentor team to be strategic leaders and build positive relationships. Communicates high-level concepts and overall business direction succinctly to all levels of the organization.Partner with functional experts to move things forward as the product roadmap, channel/partner landscape, marketing strategies, as business needs evolve.Recommends solutions and does not shy away from standing behind the right solution. Develop and drive an ongoing measurement plan that can inform the business of opportunity spaces.Can distill and articulate defined business strategy and proposed solutions to the project team. Prioritizes work to ensure focus and results.Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and handle partner expectations.Encourage, inspire, and influence others to work together to move things forward, giving a voice to the best ideas and ensuring others focus on what matters.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the production of digital marketing, with at least two years experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects.
  • 7 years management experience at a global brand and/or creative agency

  • 10-20+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience at a global brand and/or creative agency.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. You can adapt your communications to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, from junior producers to senior executives.
  • Experience working with large, global brands across a range of marketing touch points
  • Deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
  • Proficient in the latest digital advancements and technology.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
