As a member of Marcom’s Media team you will be responsible for analyzing these global campaigns, working closely with our media agency, and partnering with various internal teams—Creative, Interactive, Strategy, Production, Product Marketing, and Retail—to achieve outstanding results.

As a Media Analytics Lead you will analyze and report on the performance of Marcom’s global media campaigns to provide insights across the organization that inform future strategies. The position focuses on uncovering key insights from campaign data and developing actionable recommendations to enhance performance. Taking a hands-on, solution-focused approach, a Media Analytics Lead will deliver on problem-solving and idea generation. Bringing a strong knowledge of media and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), this role will work effectively as part of a collaborative team.Responsibilities:- Lead the development of measurement plans: Establish and validate KPIs, identify learning opportunities, and guide the creation of robust testing frameworks.- Collaborate with our media agency partners to create insightful reports that connect front end media performance with website behavior. Derive data-informed insights as it pertains to creative, publishers, audience, investment levels, or landing experience.- Partner with media strategists and connection planners to integrate insights into future campaigns. Share the findings with cross functional teams to feed into briefs and overall communications planning.- Conduct ad hoc analyses to explore specific areas, such as website behavior, tracking validation, cross campaign insights, and privacy compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in media/marketing analytics with experience reporting, aggregating data, validating measurement, and/or developing actionable media and creative insights
  • Understanding of media channels and publishers, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with each stage of the marketing funnel, from awareness to performance marketing
  • Experience developing comprehensive presentations that distill key insights, and presenting to cross functional teams at various levels of seniority
  • Hands on experience with a variety of business analytics tools. Tools include, but are not limited to: Tableau, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, SQL queries

  • Bachelor's Degree in economics, marketing, engineering, computer science
  • Media/Marketing Agency experience or experience working closely with a Media/Marketing Agency
  • Experience working with global brands or reporting on global media
  • Experience in vendor management, including the ability to influence without direct authority, and guide vendors to think creatively and drive successful outcomes
  • Experience with web analytics tools to analyze consumer behavior in response to advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of statistical and/or marketing data science techniques tailored to meet business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborates well with both internal and external partners

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
