As a Senior Program Manager / Program Manager within the WW Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Product Operations Team, you will play a meaningful role leading partner enablement and onboarding efforts across all of Apple product lines. This person will contribute to a wide range of activities including leading manufacturing and logistics partner integration projects in coordination with various global and regional teams. These projects contribute to the overall diversification of Apple’s supply chain. In addition, this person will play a critical role in crafting and implementing Apple’s next generation partner integration and collaboration platform.

Description

The Partner Enablement team within the WW BPR Product Operations group serves as a support entity for the business process and system integration of manufacturing and logistics partners across all of Apple’s Line of Businesses (LOBs). The team works with the business side to develop, maintain, and execute a partner onboarding roadmap that impacts existing and new product lines. Providing this support entails global project management and coordination of efforts across all regions. The team’s key responsibilities include: Managing complex large-scale global projects involving worldwide and regional resources Aligning worldwide and regional teams to ensure onboarding process and technical requirements fulfill the needs of the various global Apple constituencies. Working closely with Apple’s technical team to ensure delivery of the designed solution from development to testing to cutover and support. You may be called on to enable critical program delivery under pressure for a short window of time to assure the delivery of highly visible cross functional programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Technical understanding of enterprise software and especially integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web-services, FTP, web portals
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, reverse flow
  • Experience in cross-functional portfolio and global program / project management and delivery to the level that they can set standards, propose policy, and coach others

  • 8 years+ experience working at the intersection of supply chain/logistics and technology coupled with project/program management experience Prior hands-on manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience in the electronics industry and/or supply chain consulting experience
  • Experience in managing Asia and India suppliers/partners in an outsourced supply chain model Additional language fluency Experience leading and developing talent
  • Master degree in Business (MBA), Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Professional Certifications in Project Management (PMP) and/or Supply Chain (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, SC Pro)

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
