The Operations team empowers Marcom’s creativity by ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and governance across our global organization and processes.The Business Operations team within Marcom focuses on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across day to day operational and financial management processes within Marcom. The Senior Manager of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing business operations across a group of Production teams and their cost centers, making sure all day-to-day business operations run smoothly and efficiently, driving streamlining of business processes, as well as ensuring efficiency in utilization of our resources and budget across the Production cost centers.

In this role you will oversee business operations of Marcom’s Production teams, in close partnership and collaboration with business leads who are each leaders and subject matter experts of their horizontally integrated functional group (e.g. Video Production, Photography, CG Studio, Print Production, etc.) Responsibilities: Manage a team of business operations professionals, who are responsible for driving a wide range of operational priorities, including oversight of the teams’ fiscal planning processes, budget management, resource operations and vendor management.Strategically manages budgets to provide insights and guidance that inform team choices.Ensures efficient and effective operations, through measurement and monitoring of success through metrics and KPIs; taking actions for continuous improvement.Ensures compliant and streamlined operational processes for hiring, onboarding, accounts/access of all Apple badged, contract and supplier resources.Partners with Corporate Procurement and business leads on all contract negotiations, vendor structure discussions and supplier performance reviews.Collaborates with support functions such as Facilities and IT to ensure teams’ operational needs and requirements are taken into consideration when planning for future changes and evolution at the broader organizational level.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in an Executive Producer or Operations Management role within in-house marketing communications or creative services department, creative agency or commercial production company.
- Experience managing budget targets and influencing budgetary priorities.

- A strong leader that can informally lead multidisciplinary teams with marketing communication expertise at both a strategic and executional level.
- Experience includes: TV commercial, digital, video/motion graphics production and post-production, photography production, print production.
- A flexible problem solver who can tackle challenges successfully with a willingness to adapt and modify the approach as needed.
- Prior experience with operational process and change management at scale, working upstream, anticipating and planning for change.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders/collaborators with ability to negotiate agreements where varying opinions are the norm.
- Experience developing methodologies and structures to manage and optimize day-to-day budgeting across multiple cost centers.
- Expertise in organizational capacity planning and management, enabling planning and management of teams’ workforce and resources within targets.
- Action oriented by taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Exercise resiliency especially under stressful situations, maintaining a positive attitude and forward-thinking approach despite subpar circumstances or setbacks.
- Stellar communicator with a clear/concise approach. Delivering clear guidance through effective messaging, and actively listening to check for understanding. Ability to pivot communication style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
