As part of our World Wide Operations Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group in Apple’s Operations organization, you will assist global process owners and team drive adoption of new Operational processes and transformation as a result of SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Working closely with the global change team, you will focus on the people side of change, including business processes, systems and technologies impacting key internal and external stakeholders. Based on the identified impacts, you as an OCM Lead will partner with the Project Manager and regional stakeholders to determine the communication and training needs and support the execution of change management activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across regional and global teams in Apple Operations.Create an OCM strategy and plan to support the adoption of key changes required through change execution and transition periods.Work with the project manager to integrate OCM milestones and activities into the project plan.Collaborate with the project team to define OCM success metrics and implement metrics collection, analysis, and readout activities. Collaborate with project leads and program team to identify stakeholders and impacted users / roles; develop and implement relevant stakeholder engagement strategies.Review project documentation and participate in design workshops to conduct change impact assessments.Collaborate with project leads, cross-functional teams, regional SMEs, and other stakeholders to review and articulate the current vs future state impact on end users.Collaborate with regional leads and SMEs to review global change impacts and assess regional differences; develop recommendations for addressing gaps.Develop training strategy and plan; drive end-to-end training execution across regional stakeholders to enable successful end-user adoption.Collaborate with regional SMEs to provide coordination and assistance with regional training deployment.Develop a communication plan and manage the end-to-end execution of communications activities (e.g., newsletters, status updates, etc.) across multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional change leads to streamline and optimize OCM activities.Consult and coach projects teams and team leads.Coordinate efforts with other team members.Review and update OCM status with Global OCM team.Partner with internal stakeholders to assess project OCM scoping and resourcing needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Organizational Behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline required
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing OCM principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Operations and various Supply Chain functions (Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory Management, and Reverse Logistics.
  • Led OCM in transformation projects in Quote to Cash, Supply Chain Enablement, Customer / Vendor / Material Master, Security and roles, etc.
  • Past experience with developing communications and training material.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
