This role is responsible for designing and delivering in-depth incentive-based programs driving long term value for advertisers and the business. The candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, partnering with Advertising’s internal teams to apply analytical and science-based techniques in assessing advertiser lifetime value, promotional effectiveness, and optimize offer structures to maximize business impact. The Sr Marketing Manager will also proactively identify new opportunities to accelerate promotion awareness and visibility through communications and messaging, ensuring a positive customer experience. Key job responsibilities* Responsible for promotions strategy and implementation plan, driving use case analyses integrating historical insights to assess return on investment, and executing the promotions communication plan with analytics, marketing operations, advertiser support, and tech teams.* Lead promotion testing framework and roadmap to inform long term strategy, and to deliver promotional effectiveness goals on an ongoing basis.* Develop and execute marketing communications plan for promotions, including targeted Amazon-owned channels like email.
