The Hub Delivery product allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
As a Senior Program Manager, Learning Experience Design will be responsible for supporting Hub Partner Training, owning the design, creation, and management of curriculum for Partner training portfolio. You may also support new initiatives to improve the overall learning experience for Hub Partners. You will work to ensure that we’re aligned to the highest value learning opportunities to not only improve our Partner experience, but to drive internal development processes as well. Responsibilities include working with WW cross-functional teams on process optimization and training content development that supports reduction in safety incidents, increase customer delivery quality and decrease in contact rates to customer support teams. Key job responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams WW to build out development experiences with a global mindset
- Manage multiple complex curricula development projects simultaneously
- Develop training materials that align to a blended training delivery strategy, including and not limited to: self-directed, instructor led (ILT), virtual (vILT), and hands-on practical training
- Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
- Create reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transfer
- Drive use of evaluation and performance data to improve learning content
- Partner with cross-functional teams to describe the business problem or need for their learners
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and program stakeholders to identify learning outcomes and design curriculum and courses
- Create innovative training content that is easily absorbed and applied across all modalities
- Design and develop multi-media content, eLearning modules, scenarios, simulations, videos, performance evaluations, job aids, virtual instructor-led training, and knowledge assessments
- Drive continuous improvement of cross-functional training programs
- Partner closely with change management stakeholders to refine and update content in a timely manner
- Identify gaps, assess needs, create goals, and work backwards to develop right-sized solutions
- Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
- Manage projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, and challenging deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning analytics through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation
- Upload, test and maintain content on a learning management system (LMS)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
