Job Function Description:

  1. Responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to direct reports including managers, supervisors, lead tellers, and tellers. Provides 360° feedback to management at all levels.
  2. Leadership and supervision of departments for accurate, timely, and efficient processing of deposits. This individual will be responsible for employees processing any size deposits on any currency counting equipment, including mid-level and high-speed sorters. This individual also has responsibility for employees in operations.
  3. Attainment of assigned financial results including maintaining and growing revenue, expense control, and achieving operating profit, as well as support and teamwork to ensure attainment of the entire Branch’s financial goals.
  4. Ensures compliance with and training on all company policies including state and federal regulations. Ensures compliance with and training on bank-specific processing requirements and meets all bank audit expectations.
  5. Provides input to Associate Directors and Senior Management for assigned team members on decisions including salary planning, performance management, hiring, and termination recommendations. Delivers supporting documentation to team members.
  6. Oversight of scheduling activities to ensure adequate coverage while meeting customer metrics, financial goals, and human resource guidelines.
  7. Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly quality productivity standards and holds team members accountable for meeting or exceeding goals and recognizes success.
  8. Ensures all security procedures are followed and reviews film for investigation support.
  9. Positively represents our facility in internal and external customer interactions.
  10. Ensures all inventories are in balance at the end of each day.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of management experience specific to our industry.
  2. College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  3. Experience supervising a team of processors/tellers.
  4. Strong knowledge of currency processing and/or bank operations for processing procedures.
  5. Excellent people skills and leadership experience are a must.
  6. Outstanding planning, organizational, analytical, and management skills.
  7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access knowledge is required.
  8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  9. Must be safety and security sensitive.
