We are a team work to design and deliver a system that enables candidates who wants to work for Amazon find a job.
We are very focused on ensuring that we enable a great candidate experience.
Our customers are the candidates themselves who we help through the hiring process. We also work directly with the internal workforce staffing team, data scientists, and other hiring systems to ensure a great candidate experience.
We find new ways to use automation to help the hiring process move faster, smoother, and smarter.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
