The Selling Partner Compliance Enablement (SCE) team seeks an experienced Risk Manager to lead the expansion of our Compliance Fast Track (CFT) program. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with world-class certification bodies to streamline compliance processes for our Selling Partners globally.

As Senior Account Risk Manager, you'll manage relationships with third-party compliance organizations to drive program implementation, facilitate expansion into new categories and regions, and support appeal resolution processes. Working closely with legal, public policy, and technical teams, you'll ensure successful integration of new certification bodies into the program.
The ideal candidate has a strong ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, manage relationships, and execute effectively. Your success will directly contribute to simplifying compliance processes while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards.

• Managing key relationships with Certification Bodies and Industry Associations
• Driving negotiations for successful program implementation
• Expanding the program's reach across diverse regions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience handling confidential information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate complex and technical subject matter to a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience in operations, investigations, risk management, incident or crisis management, or handling escalations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Business Development, or experience knowing the Certification Body industry.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
