The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project management experience, combined with analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to lead complex projects from conception to completion. They 1) work effectively and collaboratively to establish documented standard, mechanisms, and processes, 2) actively engage in determining overall strategy to improve selling partner user experience globally, 3) efficiently audit current processes and deploy improvements, 4) highly proficient in program managing internal workstreams.
You will have shown that you are a self starter and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, helping drive towards scaling our processes to enhance selling partner experience (SPX). This includes:
• Identifying and implementing mechanisms that will enable us to improve compliance content, communication and education.
• Auditing policy, standards, and processes, while using your knowledge to enhance these checks and launch new enhancements to provide best in class compliance SPX.
• Partner with cross-functional program, product, tech, business and policy teams to help identify and create controls upfront to improve SPX.
• Identifying opportunities to automate or semi-automate manual customer-facing and internal business processes and procedures using Amazon’s tools and technology, improving tools, features and reducing SP friction, enhancing self-service tools and improving efficiency, engagement and the overall SPX.
About the team
RISC - Business and Legal Support (BLS) provides strategic support for high-priority requests from legal partners, regulators, law enforcement, and business. BLS drives short-term solutions for immediate issues, and finds long-term solutions to address the root cause.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent
- Professional English language proficiency with strong writing skill
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
