The role involves:
- Working closely with office management and government task manager to enable requirements gathering, system evaluation, integration, implementation, and assist in the maintenance of the Organization’s data environments.
- Managing requirements from receipt to delivery, working with diverse service delivery teams to ensure requirements are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Providing assessments of current work unit processes, recommending a way forward, proposing an implementation plan, and supporting the implementation of Organization’s projects.
- Providing full-lifecycle planning and change management from inception to execution for a high operational tempo mission office.
- Sustaining, proposing, implementing, and evolving capabilities to capture user feedback on products and capabilities delivered by the Organization’s technical project teams to their customers.
- Providing documentation and SOPs related to assessments completed and implementation of new processes.
- Ensuring documentation is available to the Organization’s PM and GTM in an approved document repository.
- Working closely with technology teams to improve processes and services.
- Identifying efficiencies and developing processes to optimize the delivery of immediate and long-term capabilities, vision, strategy, and priorities as assigned.
- Supporting the Organization’s special projects involving advanced technology solutions for partner organizations.
- Providing technology evaluations that assist with streamlining processes and scaling to meet evolving mission demands.
- Supporting the Organization’s requirements management system for a multi-disciplined mission focused team, including maintenance of legacy requirements tracking system.
- Providing technical, ad hoc training to Organization’s data users on custom tools and data exploitation consistent with established use cases.
- Sustaining or introducing automated solutions that can map collections to data models, increase efficiencies in data sharing and transport, and optimize workflows to use fewer mission applications.

- Creating metrics and triage tools for technologists and leaders to assess overall level of effort for a parent organization and its supporting service delivery organizations.
- Supporting big data environments and AI/ML solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering advanced technology solutions.
- Understanding software engineering processes and working environments that support multiple programming languages.
- Implementing sensitive data policy and data workflows.
- Delivering iterative technology architectures to address previously unmet mission needs.
- Leading data exploitation efforts for sensitive data.
- Implementing best practices and private sector solutions into sensitive data environments.
- Taking data exploitation projects from conception to production.
- Implementing and supporting new organizational level governance structures for IT services and capabilities.
- Delivering large-scale implementation of roadmaps and plans for IT organizations.
- Creating project plans for complex systems.
- Organizing data to develop cost models.
- Developing strategic resource plans for enterprise-wide services.
- Leading development teams including Extraction, Transformation, Load (ETL) to ensure strategic direction aligns with organizational needs.
