Global Infra Svcs team defines and manages the delivery of Kuiper ground infrastructure globally. That’s 100s of sites across 10s of countries that each take 2-5 years to develop. We work with the scope owners to progress/resolve their technical and non-technical issues to meet deadlines and develop repeatable processes and automation to deliver more efficiently as we progress. We partner with a dozen vertical teams and several VPs including Legal, Regulations, BizOps, Finance, Network engineering, Supply chain, and Government services. We build tools and dashboards that serve as single source of truth for Ground Infrastructures as well as other infrastructure that Kuiper sites depend on. We report the progress of our global footprint and share insights to business impact of our deliverables.
