Kuiper M365 Engineering team manages M365 productivity services, enabling collaboration through secure, reliable, and highly-available services. These services empower the daily operations for Kuiper Manufacturing and Kuiper Government Solutions. We are seeking for a self-motivated, highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications, and experience leading large-scale initiatives. The successful candidate will manage technical projects and workstreams to efficiently design, implement, and operate M365 suite in GCC High Environment. The candidate, will work closely with the 3rd party vendors, Amazon Security teams and key stakeholders to intake requirements and deliver a customer productivity experience to Project Kuiper specific resources.
Key job responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for driving and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously. In this role, you will provide project leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, quantify the impact of making tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long-term product roadmaps.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong PM/TPM background, with demonstrated experience leading cross-organizational technical program management and technical background in Microsoft M365.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
