Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Operations teams and external stakeholders to drive the successful development, implementation, and execution of Sustainable Development strategies across organizations and regions for integrated, results-driven plans in line with business objectives.
- Elevate the influence of Global Sustainable Development's suite of services, products and programs across Worldwide Operations Business Units and for specific pan-Amazon initiatives to provide greater customer experience and efficiencies.
- Lead and support the development and delivery of Senior Leadership and S-team executive-level real estate presentations, recommendations, and business cases; incorporate input from Global Realty teams to secure decisions and alignment. for those presentations.
- Develop organization’s visual identity, community experience, and online presence by managing content for team Wiki, Workdocs and other relevant platforms, aiming at engaging our team and sharing our global community development engagement, and best practices.
- Write, design, create and distribute high-quality, effective and inspiring content and activities for town halls, quarterly summits/events to keep our business partners and team members informed and engaged.
- Deliver a comprehensive coordinated strategic engagement calendar designed to keep stakeholders and external partners informed of progress on strategic initiatives and product roadmap.
- Provide counsel and tools across the organization to support leadership initiatives, change management, team events, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years experience in business, strategy, planning
- Experience leading large projects and/or programs in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders or in a high-growth environment
- Experience delivering cross functional projects, working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Excellent writing skills, and proven ability to synthesize complex ideas into well-constructed documents
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience participating in site/country/portfolio leadership meetings to define the strategy with Continuity (risks/ benefits weigh-in) and also establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team and customers
- Accountable for developing collateral for multi year Real Estate plans and incorporation of 3-5 year forecast in the scenario planning and analysis
- Further develops standards and procedures consistent across region, incorporating new mechanisms and streamlining processes
- Drive and support special projects ( Labs / Studios etc ) and strategic initiatives for the portfolio
- Conducts regular, formal engagement with Transaction team to validate the solutions and identify systemic deficiencies
- Collaborate with global peers to ensure consistency, lessons learned, and best practices across regions
- Prepares and presents proposals to senior Business Leaders and corporate management for review and approval

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
