Not many teams aspire to zero. Welcome to the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce team (WWRR) at Amazon.com.

Amazon's WWRR is comprised of business, product, operational, program, software engineering and data teams that manage the life of a returned or damaged product from a customer to the warehouse and on to its next best use. Our work is broad and deep: we train machine learning models to automate routing and find signals to optimize re-use; we invent new channels to give products a second life; we develop world-class product support to help customers love what they buy; we pilot smarter product evaluations; we work from the customer backward to find ways to make the return experience remarkably delightful and easy; and we do it all while scrutinizing our business with laser focus.

This role owns strategic product/program execution while owning the roadmap for RLS (Reverse Logistics Services) in partnership with product/business/tech teams from other orgs. This role will own the product feature development, enhancement and execution for Returns Transportation programs across product/tech orgs. This role offers working in a fast-paced environment with high leadership visibility.

The successful candidate is a strong general athlete with product, program or general management experience. You thrive in ambiguity and have a willingness to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary in a start-up environment. You are able to energize others with your vision, you have strong communication skills, are a great partner, and are able to influence at all levels of the organization. This role involves a wide range of problem-solving and will require the ability to identify opportunities with limited oversight, form strong recommendations supported by robust analysis, and build consensus and a plan of action around a common solution.
