The Amazon Flex team is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology (MarTech) Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing automation efforts. This role will serve as the primary Marketo Administrator, managing all aspects of our Marketo instance to drive efficient and effective marketing processes and enhance campaign performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, BI, engineering, and senior leadership.



Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Marketo platform, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the system.
• Ensure data hygiene, and lifecycle management within Marketo to improve data quality
• Support global marketing stakeholders in planning and executing email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other automated workflows within Marketo.
• Support set up, testing, and deployment of marketing campaigns with an eye for segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize effectiveness.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics for marketing automation efforts and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Generate actionable insights through data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
• Manage integrations with CRM, web analytics, and other MarTech platforms to streamline workflows and enhance campaign tracking.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Marketo product releases to apply new features and best practices.
• Act as the go-to expert for Marketo, providing training and support to other marketing team members as needed.
• Document processes, create user guides, and maintain best practices to ensure consistency in how Marketo is used across the team.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and manage opt-in preferences within Marketo.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of technology-driven marketing automation and/or operations experience, preferably with a strong focus on Marketo administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or other) and integrations with Marketo
- Proficiency in Marketo platform administration, integration, and data management
- Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for marketing compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong foundational understanding of application development concepts and technologies
- Experience building and using web services and Marketo webhooks
- Knowledge or basic experience of database, working with enterprise data warehouse (Teradata, Big Data), Experience with SQL ETL scripting, SOAP/REST interfaces, stored procedures
- Experience handling and supporting integration between automated marketing platforms and other 3rd party applications.
- Functional understanding of the campaign management process, attribution, measurement, and marketing funnel management.
- Ability to learn and interface with multiple technology domain partners, including vendor teams and internal groups
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Target is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
