In this role, you will work with some of the top companies across the Americas to develop cutting-edge AI experiences that will wow customers using the latest Alexa services and GEN-AI models on a variety of Amazon and third-party products.

You must have a high degree of hands-on development experience, being able to code in Java and/or other programming languages. Your responsibilities will include owning key technical relationships and driving the ultimate success of partner projects. You will be the “face of Amazon” with key partners and drive discussions with senior technical leaders/CxO in those organizations. You will also be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and map the intersection of partner needs and Amazon priorities. This role requires both excellent communication skills as well as the technical background to fluently interact and provide guidance to software developers and architects.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical consultation to strategic development partners, including API integrations; as well as the design, creation, and deployment of applications using Voice and GEN-AI.
  2. Actively identify opportunities to deliver experiences that demonstrate what is possible on Amazon devices and services.
  3. Build and showcase unique, compelling, and exciting demonstrations of new Amazon technologies.
  4. Deliver persuasive, passionate, high-impact presentations to senior decision-makers and large groups of technical and business leaders.
  5. Document best practices and create development resources that can be used by other developers.
  6. Engage with partners by speaking at events, meet-ups, and webinars.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
- Ability to code in Java, and other application languages. Experience with API integrations, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Experts, chatbots, and Agents.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
