Amazon is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to fill an IT Support Associate II position at our IT Warehouse in Seattle. This IT Warehouse supports IT Offices throughout the Seattle area and across the U.S., providing either asset replenishment or procedural support. The successful IT Support Associate II will be responsible for utilizing his/her skills to prepare hardware and provide assistance to the operations team in resolving technical problems within the Warehouse that cover a multitude of technical disciplines. This position is the second level of support for the operations of the Warehouse and serves as a resource to Junior Technicians while also acting as a representative of the IT department to internal customers. ITSAs are also responsible for small projects within the Warehouse as well as team members for larger scale projects directed by more senior technicians. An IT Support Associate II is also expected to take initiatives in learning new technologies and pursue career development opportunities as presented in an effort to progress to higher level positions within the IT network. This position reports directly to the IT manager for the Warehouse.
