Key job responsibilities
• Detail Page Project Management: Independently manages WW HPB & CPB detail page production and re-brand in collaboration with partner teams, including infographics and ASIN imaging end-to-end, provides inputs to identify opportunities to optimize processes, shorten timelines and use budgets more efficiently. As such is also responsible for onboarding product families into processes and manging the process alongside marketing manager.
• Is responsible for managing creative timelines and resources effectively in collaboration with Creative Director
• Process, development improvement & Offshoring:
o Is responsible for working to develop and finalise process execution for end-to-end detail page re-brand for Amazon Basics in collabortation with partner teams.
o Works alongside Senior Design Program Manager to identify opportunities for offshoring and process improvement:
o Is responsible for detail page upload failures deep dives and trouble shooting, with the goal to standardize paths for resolution to offshore via SOPs.
o Supports Senior Design Program Manager in asset uploads, tagging and manual work. As such, collaborates with Senior Design Program Manager to offshore manual tasks and actively manages partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to estimate the size of a project, prioritize and is able to put the right people in the room, exhibits a high degree of self-driven organization, with the ability to provide and maintain structure for competing, fast moving priorities. The candidate will be an effective, concise and clear communicator (verbal and written), with proven track record of effective meeting management and earning trust.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping (Microsoft Visio), Kaizen, and other process optimisation tools
• Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
• Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
• Experience escalating issues, anticipating and making trade-offs, balance the business need versus other constraints and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
• Proven track record of earning trust with peers, partners and senior leaders.
• Experience in program/project management, preferably in a creative team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
• Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
• Experience managing UX programs and working with Design and Research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
