Our team is responsible for Marketing across Amazon Pharmacy, Amazon Clinic, OneMedical, and HCP.
We are hiring BIE that will help develop the foundations of the Amazon Health Services Marketing analytics including customer valuation, attribution, and tools to help optimize our channels. The BIE will be responsible for creating tools and analytic insights to both better understand our customer’s behavior across AHS and improve our decision making tools in Product and Marketing. The AHS business is growing rapidly, and our customers needs are ever-evolving. You will be at the center of all that we do for our customers within AHS and have an impact on our customers' experience. You will be able to point to experiences within AHS that you directly contributed to make happen.
We need an expert at deep data diving statistical analysis of designed experiments,
and structured problem solving to understand and evaluate the opportunities to grow the business. Her/his analysis and solutions will guide our program optimization,
financial planning, and execution strategy. This position has high levels of exposure to senior members of AHS.
The successful candidate will be an expert with analytical design, SQL, ETL, dashboarding and data storage extraction tools and optimization.
The candidate will need to effectively communicate the designs, hypotheses, analytical and test results, insights, and suggested action items.

Key job responsibilities
• Work with the various stakeholders across the AHS organization to understand business drivers, goals and actionable outcomes of large scale customer experiences.
• Construct and execute robust analyses that lead to actionable insights for Product and Marketing leaders to act upon. Work independently to identify objectives and problem solve alternative ways to efficiently execute.
• Design, execute, and manage the profiles to execute the analyses with the latest data management and statistical tools and languages (e.g. SQL, ETL, Quicksight, AWS Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, S3, Python, R)
• Design, implement, and support tools that can provide structured access to large datasets across the entire AHS organization and beyond.
• Employ data mining, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends in the customer base.
• Model data and metadata to provide product and marketing insights
• Effectively communicate the inisights and suggested action items to senior leadership
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analysis templates using AWS and open source tools.

AHS Performance Marketing owns driving new customers to all Amazon Health businesses including OneMedical, Amazon Clinic, and Amazon Pharmacy. We look to automate optimization for each channel and are constantly looking for scale. We are heavily data driven and Customer Obsessed and are excited to partner with Data Engineering and Marketing leaders to unlock customer behavioral signals to best serve our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
