In this role, you will drive the long-term vision for Amazon Health and will partner closely with product, finance, marketing, analytics, and other leaders to enable actionable insights on AHS' customer and member journeys. You are someone who likes to get in to the numbers and metrics to identify key insights which will drive incremental progress and innovative shifts in customer experience for AHS customers. You must be able to influence across teams, and leadership, be a strong written and verbal communicator and analytic thinker, and have a history of delivering results.

Key job responsibilities
You will:
* Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value and performance of a suite of products and services
* Lead the definition, development, and implementation of creative, high-quality product analytics roadmaps based on product strategy and vision
*Enable and drive a culture of experimentation, identify key success metrics and continuously improve the experimentation bar at AHS.
* Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, and time to market
* Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals
* Manage product planning and development through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including data and business intelligence engineers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
* Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
* Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success
* Play active role in optimization and process improvements between product, design, and engineering teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Strong understanding of Amazon Metrics and the confidence to present in WBRs.
- Deep understanding of experimentation process at Amazon and metrics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
