The future for Prime Video International is very exciting with many launches and new products to be released this year! We are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed and analytical Marketing Manager to help grow our global digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website, mobile and living room devices.

As Sr. In-App Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) Manager, you will be part of Prime Video’s International Marketing team and own the In-App customer experience. You will drive a best-in class CX by working on service-level improvements, launches and features in collaboration with Product teams to deliver them internationally. You will identify merchandising requirements for new launches, anticipate needs and schedule support accordingly. Projects vary in scope, from short-term fixes to long-term extra-large projects. You are the required connection between Marketing Managers and Product teams to translate marketing needs into product requirements and vice-versa, collaborating on a daily basis with our dependencies and partner teams driving alignment globally. You will drive improvements to the customer experience in a complex multi-languages multi-cultural context, and will be the voice of our international customers with product, marketing and content teams.

Directly responsible for the Storefront and Fire TV CX, you will monitor the performance of product features for international territories, implementing merchandising recommendations and improvements to increase customer engagement with our service.

This manager will define, measure and optimize the merchandising strategy for the Prime Video in-app placements at a service level.

You will also contribute to the development and launch of new business lines in ROW, working closely with our Amazon Video International Expansion Marketing, Product and Tech teams to define the appropriate tools and systems required to launch successfully new offerings globally at scale while delivering the best CX.

You’ll have an eye for compelling merchandising, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing. You will hold a high bar for measurement of merchandising activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Amazon Video teams. A passion for movies and TV shows is a plus! Sr. In-App Marketing & CX Manager duties & responsibilities include:
- Defining the marketing and merchandising strategy for the In-App experience (Prime Video storefront) leading the roadmap to increase customer engagement at a service level
- Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence customer-facing product roadmap based on PV International requirements and priorities.
- Measuring and optimizing impressions and conversions metrics and be the owner of the in-app merchandising performance
- Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to the international Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices to support the launch of new customer-facing features
- Optimizing storefront content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices
- Identifying opportunities for content scheduling and process efficiency and automation taking inputs from campaign launch managers, working cross-functionally to implement them
- Diving deep with highly technical products to understand value drivers for customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
