The Amazon Business Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to build integrated marketing campaigns for our commercial sector customers. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting customer insights, determining how we position Amazon Business to commercial sector customers, and building a channel strategy that guides how we go to market. You will also be responsible for partnering closely with content marketers to deliver the right content for commercial sector customers, and for partnering with functional marketers who will execute your integrated marketing campaigns.
Key job responsibilities
• Perform market research to understand the unique procurement needs of customers by industry.
• Build custom solutions tailored to customers within a particular industry.
• Develop messaging frameworks that guide how we talk to our public sector customers.
• Partner with our content team to build relevant content for commercial sector customers.
• Identify the right marketing motions and build a channel strategy that is tailored to customers in a particular industry.
• Write multi-page strategy documents that outline how we go to market for a particular customer segment.
• Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making.
• Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
