We're seeking a strategic and innovative Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing content discoverability to support small and medium business (SMB) advertisers long-term growth and success on Amazon. This role will focus on identifying areas where customers struggle to find relevant content throughout their journey and recommending solutions to bridge these gaps. You will play a key role in improving engagement and action of marketing content through optimized content discoverability, ultimately supporting our vision for an omni-channel marketing experience. By developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance content visibility, we can better align content with customer needs and fill gaps in the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be a strong data-driven marketing expert with experience in customer journey mapping.
Key job responsibilities:
- Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct in-depth analysis of the SMB advertiser's journey to pinpoint areas where they encounter difficulties in finding relevant content.
- Gap Analysis and Solution Development: Identify and prioritize gaps in content discoverability that hinder SMB advertisers' success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse range of teams to align content discoverability initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and insights to continuously measure and optimize the effectiveness of content discoverability strategies.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that content discoverability initiatives are tightly aligned with the overarching marketing strategy for SMB advertisers.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all content discoverability efforts are grounded in customer needs and expectations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery.
