Amazon Licensed Sports is building the future of sports shopping and working to bring fans the best customer experience possible. The Licensed Sports team is responsible for the customer experience, retail partnerships, selection expansion, fan engagement, and marketing strategies across professional leagues like the NFL, NBA, WNBA, and NHL, as well as collegiate properties. The Licensed Sports team is a fast growing, and strategically imperative business within Amazon Stores, and we’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our team.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive fan engagement and success in our program. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and driving awareness of our licensed sports business, specifically focusing on partnering with Amazon’s Influencer Program to develop and promote a holistic Creators strategy for sports. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and other retail marketing teams to drive fan engagement and business growth by building and executing a Creators playbook. Additionally, you will define key performance indicators, track the success of marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in influencer, affiliate marketing
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience working in, or a strong passion for, the business of sports
