MHE Technical Trainier, RME Learning and Development

Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring for a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Technical Trainer. At Amazon we believe that Every Day is still Day One! Training coordination will include communicating with appropriate RME business units, operations management, and the training team to ensure that all training sessions are conducted on-time and to standard. Responsibilities of this position also include delivery of instructor-led training classes for new hires, new skills (cross-training) and technical training refreshers, as necessary. The person hired for this role must be able to manage the learning environment and report on testing results.In addition, the Trainer will support the development of training materials. This includes using surveys, quizzes, quality metrics and other available tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess impact of technical training on RME business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).In order to be effective, the candidate should have completed a form of post-secondary technical education, certification or other relevant credentialing programs for the role. In addition, successful candidates have prior practical experience which enables them to deeply understand and relate to the technical content and their audiences. WHS DD Sr. Field Manager, Due Diligence and Remediation

One focus area of the Amazon Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) mission is to provide tools, resources, and environments that support safe, efficient, healthy behaviors and encourage employees to proactively manage their health and wellbeing.
