Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support the growing volume of complex cloud agreements for the AWS Non-Profit Healthcare business. You will negotiate alongside the business team to onboard healthcare institutions to AWS. In this role, you will lead complex negotiations with enterprise customers, including drafting custom contract terms and collaborating with internal stakeholders (such as finance, security, and compliance teams).
